In August of the year Two Thousand and Five, an elite anti-terrorist organization known only as "H.E.A.T. (Hemisphere Emergency Attack Team)" had been established and was quite successful in it's action against terrorism world wide. In September of the year Two Thousand and Eight, a tragic turn occurred and 90% of the H.E.A.T. team was wiped out. A few years passed and terrorism started to rise to unbelievable levels. The commander and two team member from the old unit restarted a bigger and better force now known as Phoenix Command. Since these new teams were formed they have managed to foil several terrorist attempts. New equipment and new adventures are bound to come about. Stay close and see what will happen.
